Reworked from scratch:
*removed (hopefully) all T-junc, though that causes a bit of an ugly triangulation for stud holes. Keep it that way?
*slightly restructured, so the sub-file contains a bit more of the corner
*added the tiny slots and a missing chamfer between the supports
*corrected stud logo orientation

*Still kept all the old dimensions for the supports and the cavity angles, hope that's correct
*I am not sure I put the slots in the right spot, also I dont know their thickness (currently set to 1 LDU)
*There's a rather prominent mold pip dimple at the bottom, but I guess adding that would be too much?
*I had considered either ignore a bit of the T-junc around the stud holes or add some center vertices, comments?
*Should the geometry in the main file be further sub-filed?

you could use some box prims for the support "branches"
box4-2p.dat and box4-4a.dat should work well...

Had been thinking about that too, but they are not 90 degree.

Is it worth risking the rounding errors for that?

you could try something like that:

-> no rounding errors so far, the smaller y-forks are not 90° like you stated (should they?)
