It seems Modulex studs do fit in 3.18 holes, which would make them 8 LDU in diameter (instead of 7.5).

There's a comment by Ryan Howerter's on his image, saying that stud diameter is slightly lower than bar diameter. I tested myself, modulex studs do fit LEGO clips, but it's pretty loose. So 7.5ldu diameter seems fine to me.

...and calipers say between 2.98 and 3.02mm, so 7.5ldu is definitely the right value.

And our "bar"-size is 3.2mm, compaired to LEGO "3.18" dimension used in many part descriptions.

Yes, I know. But I think "3.18" makes it more clear what I'm talking about.
