Some problems with conditional lines.
You put some of them here and others in 71682s02 and 71682s03.
In general, leave them only in 71682s02 and do not repeat them here.
Don't break them just because they cross the logo

So, delete:
5 24 9 0 9 9 0 30 9 -3.7278 9 8.3151 3.4443 30 It has wrong first control point
2 4 9 0 -30 9 0 0 It is a edge and not a conditional line

Not that they give problems ,but you can also eliminate the points:
1.595 -27.72 0
3.121 -25.096 0
6.365 -16.971 0
8.336 -8.558 0

Changing the triangulation, you can join the vertex
9 0 -9
so as not to create a T-junction which is hidden by the conditional lines anyway, but since you have to do the triangles to join the border of the logo you don't make the situation too much worse.

Removed double vertices and double cond. lines, optimized triangulation.
