The real nascar does not have these turquoise borders around the stripes. But there are (kind of) visible on the sticker sheet. Do we have better images to confirm or reject? Isn't that just an effect of the printing process? Light Blue is color code 9. Color code 322 is Medium Azure (the description on Bricklink also states azure).
