why "thin" wheels? both RB and BL point to the thick wheels variant 4108c01.dat
are the thick wheel variants the same wheels as the wide brickrunner wheels?

No idea. I have the pram with these wheels, so I'm sure of the embossed numbers on the wheels and on the pram itself.

RB has it as 92937c01 (notice the difference in the element/real pics, thin/thick wheels)
do we need a shortcut with uncoloured wheels too? which number?

Let's do it this way. Numbering of Duplo prams seems muddy at best. 92937 might be the assembly number of pram+thick wheels (available with pink carriage only?). 74202 might be the assembly number of pram+thin wheels, available with red and pink carriage.

guess the RB data is still wrong... (any way to forcibly unlink that?)
(is the thick wheel the same as the wide brickrunner one? from BL 31202c03)
(maybe cooperate with Peter Blomberg for that, he did the thin brickrunners)
