What do you mean by "fingers are to long"? If I compare this to the ldd mesh I think they are to short, not to long.

Just to clear things up for people less experienced with Bionicle, "Toa Kaita Akamai" is the combiner model of sets 8531, 8532 and 8534 (that each had 1/3 of the instructions).

I don't see a collision. Are sure you used the correct axles in the neck area?
Anyways, it does seem quite off to the LDD mesh, but I'm not sure that is correct either...

Checked the LDD mesh and it is far more closer to the real part than the current one here.
Tips of the claws should be a bit further down and more stretched out.

I have a new version ready, based on the ldd data, but it would mean an elimination of all the primitives and the finger subfile.
