just left/righthand mirrored or also different angles? how hard is it to manually rotate the wheels on the axle?
(geometrically, it should be 90° or 180°, realistically your 120° are right...)

You can Rotate tehm on the axel, tough, but yes

They should be at a 90 deg angle for physical correctness.
