Interesting. Missed that. The boxart show something different, but video review clearly show LBG. It blends into the LBG slope.
If I compare the lego model to images of the real vehicle I think this sticker is on the wrong side of the model.
It looks like the long slope should point to the back of the vehicle. The lego model is wrong.
They did a similar mistake on the yellow Corvette, 75870

Doing the comparison, I'd say the Lego model is really off-shape in that particular area, so it likely doesn't matter much anyways which way round is correct (so instructions win).
