This should be Minifig Flask or Minifig Bottle, and a description of the shape.
The other words could be Keywords. Or are they commonly used to describe the shape?
Origin is off.
All trailing 0 (zero) most be removed.
The 12-sided ldd mesh should at least be upscaled to a 16-sided design.
Using many cone-prims might look good, in normal resolution, but breaks in hi-res.
Based on the images, I think this should be made like u9181c01.dat, but that was done before we understood and formulated the dual mould practice
