Liftarms must have 1 axle hole, to be able to work as an liftarm.
I see a Beam or Wishbone, but there's only 1 hole, and in a different direction.

would "Technic Link" be better? seems related to 11455.dat and 64451.dat
(should I subpart the pinhole end and reuse it in all 3 files? can I rework s\64451s01.dat for that?)

I see it rather as a Wishbone Suspension Arm like 5429, but I can also see a relationship with 2637 16L link. Whichever name is chosen, the other possibilities should be set as keywords.
I'd definitely prefer the origin to be centered on one of the pinhole, that would make its use easier.

origin is now centered in the front pinhole, also improved the beam profile
