yes, the underside 1-4 aring should be avoided as its bleeding through the front...
suggestion: use 1-12cylo for the sides with chrd on top/bottom and same for the 1-24 (cyli-Cylo and chrd), then fill the rest with quads
for the bottom 1-8 cutouts for the studs: also use cylo+chrd+tndis?

I guess I should add extra conds for the 1-48cylo
Moved one quad from subfile to main to reuse the subfile in other parts

Maybe the orientation should match the one of 30357? not sure though as orientation of "things" rounded is not very consistent over the library...

As per Philo's suggestion the precision of the rotation matrix has been increased from 3 to 5 digits and the quads in the main part adapted to avoid micro gaps
