Also the outer upper teeth look a bit too flat at the tip.
The whole pattern is shifted off center and doesn't match the subfile of the 2x2 Tile.
The corners must be a 20 0 20 , now they are at -19.79 0 -20.21
And cutting triangle/quads that go across the dividing plane is never a good thing.

Removed verts where possible, made the outer upper teeth more pointed, removed some narrow triangles, fixed the corners so they are at -20 & 20 properly.

*I don't think all those vertices where the pattern splits in half are necessary. You might want to keep a few if the triangles get too narrow, but there are clearly some which can be avoided to reduce polygon count.
