You can round the pattern down to 2 decimals, that's enough

Using the snapto subpart function in the unificator made some of the sections 6 decimal places. The subfile is only 3 decimal places so I changed them to 3 decimals too.

If you only use the chrd primitive you will create overlapping surfaces when the chrd is made hi-res, in SW that can simulate hi-res.
You have to surround the chrd with an corresonding ndis primitive. If you want to keep these chrd, you must add this:

And, if you use scaled shape-shifting primitives, you must have more decimals on the attaching triangles and quads.
All the other vertices can have less, but the attaching surface must be attached to the vertex in the primitive. Need more decimals.
But the best soultion would be to no rotate the chrd+ndis at all, only rotate the inside cresent shaped half circles.

Redid the design without rotating anything but the crescents and added a 4-4ndis. Moved the Yoke based on where it is on the part in BI so it looks more accurate. Also re-did the scaling for the same reason.

The process I use in this case:
- select the pattern lines in LDPE text editor
- round to 2DP
- Run unificator with "Snap on subpart vertices", distance= 0.1 ldu
then if needed:
