I won't stand on this firmly, but the suppression of "with" was intentional, for the main part it's a tile WITH a pattern, for the subpart it's a 1/8 pattern of a tile...

I can find some exceptions, but a large majority of all subfiles include the word "with" between the part and pattern descriptions.
Subfile descriptions are more free, but the practice should be consistent.

the "lines" across multiple triangles in the nain part arent straight, does that matter?
