Some of the lines that form the rectangles are not perfectly horizontal or vertical. Consider using primitives at the corners.

I did think about using prims for the corners, since I don't like the number of small triangles used to get the curves. I will upload a fixed version for now and see what I can do about making it use the primatives later on.

*yes using prims here sounds like a good idea to me
*I don't think the black rectangles (forming the actual "plug socket") are meant to have rounded corners - real ones seem to have sharp corners

I think only the outer switch corners should use 1-4chrd+ndis, all other ones should be at most a single 45° chamfer

Completely agree with René.

the lego design does have rounded corners for the 3 black rectangles even if actual UK plug sockets don't have them.

Considering the ridiculously small size of these rounded corners (less that 0.3ldu!), I still maintain that a 45° bevel is more than enough. Think of it as a 4\1-4disc :D

I agree with René and Philo. Keeping the three black objects as rectangles (I’m also fine with 45° chamfers) and using 1–4chrd+ndis only for the outer switch corners is a good compromise between image accuracy, polygon count, and the use of primitives. At the moment, there are very small triangles on the switch corners, and we should avoid leaving it that way.
New and improved and now with added 1–4chrd+ndis's

i think the 45° chamfer should also be at the inner switch corners (not as critical as the other ones)
OK I changed that too.
