(Minor) vertex mismatches between the patterned faces and the base part, as well as on the 5–16 cylinders between them.

This is unavoidable because of rounding in prims and in rotated windows subpart. Not a problem anyway...
Out of curiosity I nonetheless was able to tweak the parameters to minimize the mismatches (and yes, the 45° rotated subpart now have a small origin offset, this is part of the matching process).
