I dont think the old pulley was that bad, yours looks rather complicated... (also has lots of decimals on the prims, which causes rounding errors)

My apologies. I saw the 'needs work' in the header and I thought I could help. Since I had reworked this part from scratch I was unaware of the proper method for giving attribution to the original author. If I am not allowed to rework this part so heavily, please feel free to delete it.
