*the top of the triangle should line up with the top of the neighboring 86996, which should put it at a minimum 8 LDU offest from the top (plus maybe a bit print offset). currently it is at 7 LDU offset from top, which is too few, causing an awkward look in the assembly.
*I think the offset at the borders should be smaller. This is a flat surface (unlike tiles or minifig torsos, which have rounded off edges), so it can be printed much closer to the border. Also the final model would look better that way. I see an offset in photos, but it looks not that much, maybe even unintentional. Id suggest offset of 0.5 LDU maybe?
*I agree with Gerald upon the naming. The pattern seems too simple and generic to make the name model specific.

The part is used un the right side of the model, but the triangle is on the bottom left corner, so I tend towards "bottom left" description
