Any known number on the chromed version?

Last set the chrome one came in was from 1980 (and even some of those have variants with just a grey one).

So, very unlikely it is known.

There's a slight chance it might be identical, but I doubt it.
This was also the first chrome part ever (excluding pre-1950s stuff and maybe Town Plan) and for a long time the only one. Do we know the mould for these was adjusted to accomodate the thin layer of plating like the 90s ones did?

I think we should make Move to-files, and we also need a uncoloured base version.
This one should be 9044p01, and then p02, p03
As a glued/fused assembly these should stay as parts, but use the Colour Combination keyword.

9044 being obsoleted, I've uploaded 9044a, 9044ap01, 9044ap02 and 9044ap03
Also updated 3496c01 and 3496c02 as Moved to-files, 3496c03 can be deleted

Adding the history line made the previous lines removed... I feel there is a bug somewhere
