I do not see any violation of the license by changing the header.
The part that is protected by the license is the printing and this has not been changed.
Can someone show me the place in the CAlicense where it is described that changing the header violates the license?

It doesn't violate the license. We're not releasing any new 2.0 parts and rewriting those parts whose authors have not contacted us. That said, header changes to 2.0 parts are fine to be released.
