I'm confused by the !HISTORY. Also 3711 and 14696 have the same description.

I updated 14696, I had corrected only the subfile, not the parent, now it has also "reinforced" in the name

Those two, 3711 and 3873 were aslo CC BY2 parts so redoing all of them with the new geometry subfiles etc. solves the CC BY 2 case as well
