I'm seeing gaps on the pins. Not sure if this is rounding error or fixable. Someone with a better sense for this should check.

* The gaps com from rotated rects:

1 16 27 -5.3665 -22.563 0 0 25 .1775 1 0 -.265 0 0 rect2a.dat

It is know that it is a really Bad Idea(TM) to rotate rects. Those should be inlined, the T-junk eliminated and the then missing complementary conds have to be added.

* The pin itself should be subfiled and used twice.

* Also the base could be subbed
