I don't have this pattern myself, created it from pictures found.
Maybe the pattern should be a bit resized/moved, if someone has a good scan I'm happy to correct it.

Yes, the white area is too large. The uncoloured border is missing. Usually made 1 ldu thick.
Note also that you have to make a version without the white pattern, since there is no white print on the white brick.

* The keywords referenced the wrong BL part. The correct number is https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=233670#T=C&C=1 and exists only in white. I reconstructed the correct keywords.

* The mouth is mode of dots rather quads:

Not quite the same print but very similar and have a white outline. The white should stay white.

* We have now two almost identical files:

19727p00 - https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/24108
19727p04 - https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/24111

First this comes only in white which would require to remove the white square, on the other side we have patterns where we added the color of the part to the pattern. I would eliminate one of these two patterns, but I don't feel strong about. If both stay the white square has to be added back to 19727p00. Sorry for the fuss.
