are you sure about conical wheels? both BL and peeron list 4 conical wheels for the motor and 4 standard (cylindrical) wheels for the sliding blocks...
and both call the set 720-2 to distinguish it from the other basic building set.
the set 721 is the same locomotive, but alone (still uses cylindrical wheels)
the 4V Set 182 uses the red conical wheels (buth with black rubber tyre)

any ideas here? change the wheels? which ones? cylindrical or conical with black rubber?
