Can of worm... I don't think it would look natural in Rivendell set if shaped for hair 36806. Maybe 36806 should be modified to allow for a cape. And for sure, 15428 (used with this cape in HP sets) needs to be modified to allow cape usage.
As such, specified set it is shaped for.
