Amazing work. Nice to have this version in the library too.
Missing some condlines under the chin.

I think some lines are missing on his "ears", and maybe some ribs on the ribcage.
Those round things on his shoulders should maybe be softer? Loose the outer edge line?

Think we could use "Minifig Figure Sebulba" as the description.

I think maybe the neck, and the face, is too short. Could be more streched.

Note BrickLink number is correct but the link fail because BL classifies this as a Minifig and not a part.

But it looks like a bar should be possible to snap into the clip.
Maybe add some cyli segments? Or some clean up inside the hand around a bar.
Where is the centre of that clip?

Just tested it on mine, the hands (or feet more likely) can definitely hold on to a 3.18 bar. It feels as firm as any other regular clip and he is even intended to hold on to his "controls" in the final build, so I guess this is very likely intentional.
