Why are you using Flag 11055? Is that the correct part used in this set?
If so, then this needs to be renumberd again to 11055dx1.
Two parts can't have the same description. They need to be different.
Any suggestion to how to tell these apart?
This can't be an alias part, if it is using a different sticker. And "Unofficial_Shortcut Alias" doesn't exist.
So how do we handle this duplication?

Or is "Unofficial_Shortcut Alias" a valid parttype?

I think this duplicate file should be unified into 2335dx0, with two set-number described in keywords line.
It would be far more useful to allocate 2335dx1-dx3 for three other flag sticker shortcuts in these sets.

I agree with Takeshi, I would even add the sticker sheet number in the keywords

"I would even add the sticker sheet number in the keywords", if two flags would be combined into one, there should be two stickers numbers in keywords too, I guess.
And what about two stickers? Both look the same, but they really printed on different paper sheets.

"Please see: https://library.ldraw.org/official/4777",— should be "!KEYWORDS Bricklink 2335pb024" added to this part too?

Yes, external reference should be included if available. This change can be done by admin edit, you don't need to resubmit.

Pretty sure this doesn't exist at all. Lego.com lists 11055 as base part; also the two sticker sheets seem to be slightly different - the older set has sharp corners, the newer one round corners.
I'm releasing it under CC0 (Public Domain), but due to PT actually not implemented it yet, set license to CC BY 4.0, which should be switched to CC0 once PT would implemented it.
