The Train Track 9V Point Tongue Right for sure has a different design, very close to the existing version of 2860.dat on the parts tracker from [KROACH] with the gap underneath the metal rail. See Photo on bricklink: https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/EXTN/18897.png
Chris Dee wrote me, that Design IDs 2860 and 2862 will be the correct numbers for the 9V track as well.
And he wrote me, that , since I am sure that the all-plastic tracks also uses 2860 and 2862, then maybe the mould was updated to remove the recess. In that case the LDraw convention would be to use 2860a for the version with a recess that accepts the metal and 2860b for the all-plastic version.
So these are the new part submits for the b-parts.
