The thickness of this lid can't possibly be twice as thick as 560.dat.
But if someone could confirm that it is that thick, I'll do it.

I have dig out this piece and can hopefully answer any question.
outside 6,4mm (16LDU)
inside 5,2mm (13LDU)
through the lever slot: 1,2mm (3LDU)
should the common areas (slot/top) get subfiled?
and the battery holder pins should be only partial, but hi-res cylo segments
do you need dimensions? (i have both variants of this part)

but they should fit the u9199.dat...
for the color: 495 would be a bit closer (still have to check that with other boxes, may have changed in the production)
should parts of the top and bottom get subparted as common for 560.dat?
(both parts are interchangeable and have the same top/bottom structure, just with a different distance)
-the center support blade is flatter and has two rounded ends (try 48\1-16 or 48\1-12cylo for that)
-also try 2x 1-16cylo for the battery holders
-the side support gap in line of the screw holder has a round cutout (could be ignored)
-two small boxes near the lever slot as switch plate holder

idk if the brass "nut" insert got moulded in or thermo-riveted in. (could be the reason for the cone)
