outer dimensions are now like 56897 (R38, W26), which is much closer to the real part than the old 2346 (R35, W30)

We need to consider the descriptions on all these tyre+rim combinations.

Outer dimensions are D30x10,5mm/R38, W26 (same as 56897, but I dont have that)
for the standard D17x7mm rims (should be R21 instead of 22 LDU but I dont want to correct the whole family)

should I reuse s\3634a.dat here? the inside doesnt use the continuous rib like the old ones
with the teeth from 3634
