Updating without a suggested plan for the official plan is not good.
We need to handle the old 36.dat. Obsolete it, or make a Moved to-file?
Since there is a change in the outer diameter we need to obsolete the old file.

i am not sure if the 36.dat is really wrong...
the air / foam tyres are smaller than the solid rubber ones.
the 36.dat fits quite well for the black air tyres, this u9193 is the grey latex rubber and the u9194 is the solid black rubber.
counts more like "variants"
