This is dual-mold, isn't it?

We already have some assemblies (like 73355p02.dat) using pattern in the name, so I guess yes.

is 11854 (older version, 2010-2013) printed and the newer version 34099/106130 dual-molded?
I found photos of the older one with paint wear. The newer versions dropped the "Dec." suffix in Lego's name.

This is a dual-mold part. Don't know about earlier versions.

Do we have both? Do we need both?

Does it make a difference for the description?
If we differentiate both versions (not sure if there are more differences than just the paint), then this should be 34099, not 11854.
