I think the "scanned" history only need to be on the "base" part
We already have some assemblies (like 73355p02.dat) using pattern in the name, so I guess yes.
I found photos of the older one with paint wear. The newer versions dropped the "Dec." suffix in Lego's name.
Does it make a difference for the description?
If we differentiate both versions (not sure if there are more differences than just the paint), then this should be 34099, not 11854.
