I'll try to answer both questions at once.
Why is the sticker rotated?
I used primitives to create the circles and the ellipse. Creating the ellipse was easier with the sticker in its unrotated position.
The sticker is needed in two versions: one rotated and one rotated and mirrored. It seemed easier to me to rotate the entire object and connect it to the sticker's background rather than rotating each individual object separately.
