this is listed as one part/preassemblied shortcut -> idk if the tyre is dual moulded or glued, the pin is supposed to be not removable (without tools)
(name/syntax correct?)

IMO the origin should be the same as the pin.
If this is a part/shortcut we need an uncoloured base part, and this would then be -p01.
Do we know if this is a part/assy number, or a designID?

hm, when I made it yesterday, it linked to this part: https://rebrickable.com/parts/6683c01/wheel-11-x-8-with-center-groove-one-smooth-side-with-tyre-axle-pin-assembly/
it still lists 116980 as Lego assembly number, but that may also change... (new part, got changed a lot already)
-> this got changed today, which broke the link
-> you are free to renumber
the newE post with new june parts lists this as Element ID: 6600064 Design ID: 116980
-> if we need a fully uncolored base, what number should it have?
for the origin: center of the whole pin or center of axle section? the new 6683c01 RB number suggests the rim as base part (like now, centered and colorable)

How does this come in the box? Assembled or apart. If assembled, the uncolored version should have this number and the colored version with a pXX suffix.

I agree with Magnus on the origin.

do we need a wheel sub-assembly of rim+tyre? (as said, i dont know if glued or dual, but it comes as these 3 parts together, and you are not supposed to separate them)
anyone, feel free to renumber it to any number (6683c01, 116980c01 or 116980p01)

or should I reupload this with a new name? (and change this number to uncolored?)

I think we need more information before we move forward.

out of the box it comes pre-assembled

You can disassemble the whole thing, the tire comes off easily, the pin needs to be pushed out. No pulling possible
