Draft Version of the special part included in this year's Inside Tour Set 4000034

It contains a special part that is supposedly 3D printed. I got pictures from a fellow member of our LUG with the part still in the bag.

Details are missing at the wide top clamp, there are some pockets visible. Probably need to ask for more pictures.

- 2 circular edgelines missing where the bar meets the cylinder
- at the bottom, edgelines of the box are continuing onto the bottom circular surface unnecessarily

This is not just a static part. It's possible to turn it around.

I suppose actual part should be the static base as 66237.dat, and its movable should be moved to separate subset part.
Also, maybe, 66237.dat should be a shortcut for two subparts?

has a "split" model (still one part, but the cut is visible), also includes the "spring"
looks like some parts could get reused from there
(why another part number? 66237 vs 60417)
as far as I can see it is really one part, but with a flexible printed "spring"
-> could still get split into the two static parts plus spring subparts
