should it be split into several shortcuts? like the things you can open and those you can disassemble (for example train base+electronics cover into one shortcut and then another one with this and battery cover)

Correct, that is the final goal.
I hope the "number people" will find proper numbers for the assemblies.
e.g.: inseperable (without a tool) are
- Assembly-1 : 55455, 55456, PCB, IR Receivers switches, screws -> that needs an assembly number
- Assembly-2 : Battery Pack consisting of 55461, 55462, 55463, plus contacts and screws
seperable by hand and intended to be seperated are then:
- Shortcut-1 : Assembly-2 plus batteries
- Shortcut-2 : Assembly-1 , Shortcut-1, 55457
So this need a few numbers more.
To add, there are two different IR Receiver Diodes available -> Those are worth modeling, as they a very distinctive
And to add insult to injury, from what I counted so far, at least three different colours for the IR Channel switch (but that does not bother me)
