why? there is no base for the left, unsymmetric patterns use a mirrored right base

What makes this a "Wedge" ?
To me, this is a "Slope Brick Curved 4 x 1 Left". I want it sorted next to 61678 and 93609

some changes again to the front, renamed in line with similar parts to curved slope
