Reason: Stud type changes are typically not regarded and this is the only difference between the two (unless there is a larger difference caused by the re-issue, but than this should be reflected in the part as well, which is curently not the case).
If no difference can be identified and only one version is kept, I would prefer the "b" type version, since this was the first appearance and also the more common one.
