Apparently, the origin should be at the hinge.
Corrected origin to centre of hinge.

Needs a rotation 180 degree to match the orientation of the hinge base 13355, and all other tipper buckets.

Magnus is right, it should be oriented like to ohter tippers in the library. Part geometry is fine
Rotated 180° as suggested. Fixed HELP. Rotated subfiles to match.
